Bring AI to your workplace, step by step
For the first person at work trying this, when nobody else knows how.
- Pick 1–3 tasks from the top of the list. Note roughly how long each takes today.
- Check what you already pay for. Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace? Look for Copilot Chat (Outlook/Word) or Gemini (Gmail/Docs). Ask your account admin if you don't see it.
- Learn the data colors (below). Start with Green only.
- Pitch a small pilot to the owner: 1–2 people, a few weeks, Green data, no new spending.
- Run it and measure: minutes before vs after, mistakes caught, anything that felt risky.
- Pay only if it earns its keep. Use the tool table; prefer what's already included.
- Write a one-page AI policy before others start: approved tools, data colors, human review, one login per person with 2FA.
- Expand one task at a time; review every 3 months, since prices and features change.
